Once a thorough inspection is complete, we will email you our customized computer generated narrative report that includes photographs, explanations, general information and recommendations for upkeep and maintenance. Our Licensed Home Inspector, Donald Henriksen, has 15 years experience doing home inspections on FULL TIME basis, has completed nearly 5,000 inspections and has over 30 years experience as a carpenter and Licensed General Contractor. He has wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of property construction and inspection.
